How can a steel structure factory be soundproof and noise-reducing?

Steel structure factory is a high-quality new type of industrial building. In recent years, with the birth of the concept of green environmental protection, noise pollution has also become the focus of people's attention. The workshop has a lot of noise, which will have a certain impact on the surrounding environment. In order to reduce the harm of noise, it is necessary to do a good job of sound insulation in the construction project, which is conducive to improving the comfort of work and improving the work efficiency of the workshop. So how can the steel structure factory achieve the effect of sound insulation during construction?

The construction of steel structure factory is mainly divided into the following parts:

Embedded parts (can stabilize the structure of the factory)

③ Beams, generally C-shaped steel and H-shaped steel (the height of the middle area is determined according to the span of the beam)

⑥ Tiles, there are two types, one is a single tile (color steel tile). The second is a composite board. (Polyurethane or rock wool is sandwiched between two layers of color-coated plates to keep warm in winter and cool in summer, and also has the effect of sound insulation and fire prevention)

  1. Construction of plant equipment room

Under the premise of ensuring the rationality of the basic facilities layout of the production plant equipment room, the machine equipment room and the plant equipment room should be installed with sound absorption and sound insulation layers, sound insulation doors and sound insulation windows, and the plant equipment room should be divided into areas to arrange precision equipment with earthquake resistance requirements. Take corresponding sound insulation and noise reduction measures for different noise sources. 

2. Foundation excavation

When excavating the foundation, vibration isolation treatment should be adopted, such as setting up earthquake-proof trenches around the foundation, generally digging 1 meter deep and 0.4 meter wide, and adding rubber shock-absorbing pads on top of the shock-absorbing layer, and doing other necessary treatments on the rubber shock-absorbing pads, and finally paving the shock-absorbing trench with the ground with steel plates. 

3. Equipment installation sound insulation cover

When installing equipment, shock-absorbing design is required, and vibration isolation and shock-absorbing measures are taken at the bottom of the equipment. Design shock absorption treatment according to the weight and vibration frequency of the equipment. Common shock absorption products for specific measures include shock absorbing damping rubber, spring shock absorber, rubber shock pad, shock absorption platform, etc. For mechanical equipment with the main noise source, it is necessary to reduce noise radiation from the noise source. Installing a soundproof cover can make other noise control measures play a greater role, thereby improving the overall sound insulation and noise reduction effect. Since the sound source type, external dimensions, ventilation and heat dissipation requirements of various equipment are different, the soundproof cover needs to be surveyed, analyzed, designed, processed and produced on site.
