1. General procedures for Steel structure production
Steel structural components are generally produced in prefabricated factories (fields) using factory manufacturing methods. The general procedure for making steel components is: raw material inspection (steel, welding materials, connecting fasteners, etc.) → layout and splicing → setting out and numbering → cutting and blanking → drilling → correction and forming → component assembly → welding → rust removal and painting (Paint) → Part number, acceptance, delivery.
2. Steel structure manufacturing process requirements
(1) When samples and sample rods are used for parts, calibration should be carried out after the samples and sample rods are produced and used after re-inspection and confirmation by the inspector.
(2) The cutting surface of the steel should be free of defects larger than 1 mm such as cracks, slag inclusions, delamination, and missing edges, and should be comprehensively inspected.
(3) When the ambient temperature of carbon structural steel is lower than -16°C and the ambient temperature of low alloy structural steel is lower than -12°C, cold straightening and cold bending should not be performed. When heating and straightening carbon structural steel and low alloy structural steel, the heating temperature should be 700~800℃, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 900℃, and the minimum temperature shall not be lower than 600℃. Low alloy structural steel should be naturally cooled after heating and correction.
(4) There should be no obvious unevenness or damage on the surface of the steel after correction. The scratch depth should not be greater than 0.5mm, and should not be greater than 1/2 of the allowable negative deviation of the steel thickness.
(5) Welding of metal structures. For joints with large shrinkage or angular deformation, a reserved welding shrinkage allowance or anti-deformation method should be used to control shrinkage and deformation before formal welding; long welds should be desoldered in sections, skip welding or symmetrical welding by multiple people. method for welding; composite components composed of multiple components should be assembled and welded in sections, and the deformation should be corrected before final assembly welding.
3. General procedures for steel structure installation
There are many types of steel structures, and the installation procedures should be determined according to the specific conditions of the steel structure. Steel structure installation generally has the following main links:
(1) Basic acceptance and processing;
(2) Review of steel composition;
(3) Steel structure installation;
(4) Coatings (anticorrosive coatings, flame retardant coatings).
