Construction process of steel structure workshop

Fabrication and installation foundation: 

foundation survey → foundation excavation → embedded screws → foundation pouring → later foundation grouting → outdoor scattered water → outdoor drainage ditch (some Steel structure workshops are designed with drainage ditch or cable ditch indoors, it is recommended to complete it simultaneously with the installation) → wall masonry → tile laying, etc.

Fabrication and installation: 

processing and manufacturing → component painting → structural pre-assembly → steel component hoisting → main structure adjustment → purlin installation → door and window column installation → gutter downpipe installation → steel component secondary painting (some are fireproof, some are anti-corrosion, according to design requirements) → roof panel (some have wire mesh, some have insulation layer, completed at the same time) → wall panel installation → door and window installation → water supply and drainage installation → electrical equipment installation

These are not fixed, it is best to adjust according to the actual situation of your own steel structure workshop, and at the same time cooperate with acceptance, inspection, material entry, avoid high and low altitude simultaneous operation, electricity and water conflicts, etc.
